Commercial Bankruptcy / Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for the management and organization of cases from inception to trial including client intake, drafting discovery, answering discovery, heavy calendaring, creating trial notebooks, and assisting with mediation and trial preparation. Should have 5+ years of paralegal experience in a Commercial Litigation and/or Commercial Bankruptcy practice (NOT Personal Injury). Must be familiar with Federal Court procedures, filings, and rules. Must have ability to organize, manage and prioritize multiple tasks with limited supervision. Should have knowledge of State and Federal Court deadlines/procedures. Experience using PACER, and E-filing systems required. Must have advanced oral and written communication skills. Should have College degree and/or a paralegal certificate. Must be self-motivated, highly organized, dependable, detail oriented and work well with others. Must be proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, and Excel with exposure to LexisNexis preferred.
