Work collaboratively with case team, other paralegals and practice assistants; delegate and coordinate projects with support departments; assist with questions related to bankruptcy procedure; and participate in regular case team and department meetings. A High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is preferred. Certificate or Associate's degree from an ABA-accredited paralegal program in lieu of one year of work experience is needed. 5 years of experience providing paralegal support in the area of bankruptcy law is required.
