Work Remotely: No Litigation Paralegal/Assistant at Law Firm The Law Firm of Chris Garcia, P.C. is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal/Assistant with a minimum of 2-7 years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Job Responsibilities: * Draft legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery, notices, motions, and trial preparation documents. * Perform legal research and cite-check. * Assist attorneys in preparing for trial and court appearances. * Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel. * Maintain and organize case files. * Prepare and handle exhibits, deposition summaries, and other materials for trial. * Prepare and manage client billing. * Organize and maintain legal documents. * Assist clients in understanding legal documents. * Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments and organizing meetings. * Perform document management, including scanning, copying, and filing. * Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 2-7 years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience. * Bilingual in English and Spanish. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. * Strong attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
