Employment Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft complaints, draft points & authorities for motions / oppositions, draft discovery and conduct legal research. Should have 3+ years of experience as an EMPLOYMENT litigation paralegal drafting complaints, drafting points & authorities for motions and oppositions, drafting discovery documents and conducting legal research. Should have administrative experience seeking to get more experience with the drafting of pleadings. Will be required to already have these skills and be able to hit the ground running.
