Develop and maintain knowledge management and knowledge sharing systems within the team. Liaise between attorneys and business partners and outside counsel as needed. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree or equivalent (including paralegal certificate). Must have 4+ years of relevant experience in employment litigation, as a paralegal or legal assistant in a law firm and/or in-house legal department. Must have Bilingual proficiency is required (English/Spanish). Should have experience with litigation in both California state and federal courts. Must have excellent project management skill. Should have strong proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word. Must have demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external clients and promote the reputation and integrity of the Legal Team.
