Legal Secretary-Real Estate/Corporate The candidate will interact with colleagues in a team setting and upholds the image of the Firm by maintaining positive contact with clients, attorneys and staff, and observing confidentiality of client matters. Draft addendums to real estate contracts. Schedule and coordinate real estate closings with attorneys, lenders and title company and brokers (if any).
