Other responsibilities as client needs dictate. Requirements: The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate or appropriate job-related experience required. Must have 10+ years experience as a patent litigation paralegal, ideally in the Central District of California, with substantial trial experience. Must have experience with ediscovery coordination and project management, including data collection, document retrieval, and production. Should have proficient in electronic filings using CM/ECF system. USPTO inter partes review and re-examination experience a plus. Must have ITC experience a plus.
