Communicate with law enforcement individuals at the federal, state, and local level, the general public, and victims and witnesses in criminal cases. Perform a variety of office related activities to support Department functions including back-up of co-workers and front desk responsibilities that involve dealing directly with the public regarding criminal complaints. Assist in the filing and service of Federal and State Court documents. Assist counsel in trial/arbitration/mediation: create exhibit list and prepare exhibits; prepare witnesses; coordinate logistics such as courtroom technician and other technology needs; liaison between counsel and court staff; assist counsel at hearing. Strong management, organizational, communication and writing skills. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic. Ability to efficiently gather, maintain and organize voluminous data/documents.
