Intellectual Property and Patent Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for drafting of various legal documents, case management, assisting with E-discovery, and trial preparation. Must have 3-5 years of experience in Intellectual Property and Patent Litigation. A four-year B.A. or B.S degree is preferred. International Trade Commission Hearing and/or IP Trial experience is strongly preferred. Must be comfortable using EDIS. Should have strong oral and written communication skills. Must also be proficient in litigation process and terminology. Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and document management systems are preferred.
