Commercial Real Estate Finance Paralegal The candidate will support partners and associates in all aspects of commercial real estate finance transactions. Will: Draft transactional documentation for attorneys and assist with post-closing work. Manage and assist with the closing of various transactions, including preparation, coordination, distribution, and organization of closing binders. Assist attorneys to index, organize documents, correspondence, memorandums, and attorney notes. Proofread legal documents and contracts. Draft memos regarding the status of projects. Maintain current and accurate daily time record. Perform special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required. ABA approved paralegal certificate is preferred. 3+ years of commercial real estate finance paralegal experience is required. Experience with CMBS or SBA Loans is preferred. Strong work ethic; Sound judgment, decision-making and reasoning abilities; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective time management; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in MS Word 2010, Excel, PowerPoint; Experience with FileSite or iManage a plus; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
