Assisting attorneys in litigation, including counterclaims, court documents, scheduling of court hearings and hearing preparation. Handles client inquiries and updates pertaining to individual files. Maintains files, hearing notices, agendas, calendar, etc. for the attorney. Follow up with courts and other legal departments regarding filed documents and hearings. Other duties as required by the attorneys and department. Assisting the Attorneys and Chief Operating Officer with other legal matters and projects. Qualifications: Paralegal with 3+ years experience to assist Attorneys and Chief Operating Officer with regards to the collection of Homeowners Association Dues. Knowledge of the FDCPA.
