Bankruptcy / Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: managing a heavy case load which includes drafting and reviewing documents and pleadings, tracking and monitoring electronic (ECF) and paper files, maintaining calendars and deadlines, providing status updates, and legal research. Must have bankruptcy and litigation experience, preferably with an emphasis on trustee representation, a high level of attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and strong work ethic. Will be relied upon to assist attorneys in preparing cases for trial, including investigating debtors business and financial records, analyzing creditor claims, and preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery. Must have Paralegal certificate and 5+ years of experience.
