Senior Patent Litigation Paralegal Duties: Managing all case materials, including all electronic files and database applications; obtaining materials from, or filing materials with federal courts and agencies; factual research; tracking the course of information and case materials, supervising the workflow of junior paralegals and trial support. Qualifications: BA/BS degree; 6+ years of patent litigation experience; Knowledge of proceedings before the U.S.P.T.O and the P.T.A.B; Advanced searching techniques and strategies in developing, collecting and organizing patent-related resources and references; Strong attention to detail; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
