Corporate Immigration paralegal, Temporary Candidate will prepare and file H-1B non immigrant petitions and other employment based petitions. Will participate in all aspects of the firms Business Immigration practice, including assisting in the management of client relationships, case review and analysis, preparing and filing employment-based non immigrant and immigrant petitions. Qualifications: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study and 1 - 2 years of immigration law experience. Will be able to successfully multi-task, in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and be able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Must be able to manage ones own time.
