On Site Immigration Specialist Responsibilities: Serve as immigration specialist/resource to client population on-site for all immigration matters. Draft immigration assessments for potential visa options. Manage case initiation process and fact gathering. General administrative duties as needed (i.e. faxing, copying, typing, etc.) Maintain client contact information. Prepare, update and manage status reports. Prepare custom reports. Build knowledge of Firm and client processes. Routine case monitoring (i.e. USCIS, DOL, NVC, etc.). Assist in preparing visa petitions. Requirements: BA or BS degree required, minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred. 2+ years of professional work experience in immigration law. Extensive reporting, file and document management experience strongly preferred. Strong interest in the legal field, particularly immigration and global mobility and expanding knowledge and responsibilities in casework preparation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask using analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment with competing demands.Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational and data entry skills Achieve high level of productivity. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team. Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office and Excel and is able to quickly learn other software applications. Experience drafting RFEs and PERM Audit responses, and drafting and filing large volumes of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including Outstanding Researcher and PERM required.
