Review and abstracting of purchase agreements with attention to critical dates and closing conditions. Review and analysis of title and survey matters. Drafting title review memoranda and title objection letters. Organizing and fulfilling conditions necessary to satisfy title requirements. Researching real property tax and ownership information.
