Takes lead in coordinating activities of client team participants and managing work flow to ensure deadlines are met; May serve as primary liaison with outside clients. Assists with fund launches and mergers and drafts initial formation documents and certificates based on previous models. Conducts research using the EDGAR database via the sec.gov general search engine and alternative search programs. Drafts, edits and prepares board meeting agendas, minutes and compilation of board materials. Performs other work-related duties as assigned by other corporate paralegals and other individuals within the corporate management structure. The candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or an associates degree in paralegal studies.
