Real Estate/Corporate Paralegal Responsibilities: Assisting real estate attorneys in commercial and residential real estate purchase, sale, and financing transactions, including review of contracts, title reports, and surveys, preparation and review of commercial leases, and preparation of closing documentation and closing statements. Assisting corporate attorneys with business entity formation/organization, preparation of corporate minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documents, and general corporate paralegal work.
Qualifications: Should preferably have 4 years of experience as a paralegal and have a Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited school, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. Must have 4 years of relevant experience. Should have excellent organization and communication skills and an ability to multitask efficiently while exercising sound judgment; a positive, professional attitude, and the willingness to work hard and proactively take on responsibility. Advanced knowledge of Word is required.
