Labor & Employment / Litigation Attorney The candidate will be performing legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery-related activities and investigations, and drafting position statements, dispositive motions, attending and handling arbitrations, etc. Experience working up wage and hour class action/PAGA cases, or handling a single-plaintiff employment lawsuit from start to finish with minimal oversight is preferred. Should have Juris Doctor degree. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. Must possess 3+ years of experience in California. Must possess Wage and Hour Class Action experience, or earnest commitment to being trained and working in this practice in this area. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required. Must be licensed to practice in California.
