Labor & Employment Associate Attorney The candidate Must have 2+ years (and preferably more) of employment law experience. Must be interested in a diverse and challenging practice involving a broad mix of employment law counseling and litigation work, representing not only for-profit employers, but also nonprofits, including independent schools. Should have excellent academic credentials, superb communication and legal research skills, a strong background in the broad spectrum of California employment law, a critical attention to detail, and a desire to work collaboratively with colleagues who genuinely enjoy the practice of law.
