Attorney Recruiting And Development Coordinator The candidate will work closely with the Recruiting and Development Manager to implement effective recruiting strategies and searches. Assist in the coordination of all aspects of the attorney recruitment process, both on-campus and lateral recruiting. Communicate with applicants to schedule interviews, and assist with the callback interview and offer process. Assist with the preparation for and execution of our summer associate program. Assist with onboarding and orientation of our new and lateral associates. Maintain relationships with career services staff and assist with execution of outreach events on campus. Help facilitate the offices training and mentoring programs. Assist in executing initiatives and attorney development programs. Regularly articulate and promote talent development programs to attorneys. Build awareness, understanding, and support for the Firms talent development initiatives. Assist with the attorney evaluation process. Firmwide support of attorney continuing legal education (CLE) administration including data entry into CE Manager, generating forms for internal and external CLE programs, and general administrative support as it relates to attorney training. 2 years of attorney recruiting and/or attorney development experience (preferably in a large law firm environment) or professional services experience are required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required. Superior technical skills and the ability to consider and analyze data and how it can be best utilized for the firms talent development efforts are required. Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment. Should be proactive and comfortable dealing with all levels of leadership are required. Ensure all deadlines are met. Qualifications: JD degree and must have passed a state bar examination. Prior immigration or legal experience a plus. Experience working in an office setting, preferred Fluency in another language (written and spoken) preferred. Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
