Track attorney MCLE compliance firm wide using the Firms MCLE software and maintain records to ensure attorneys remain in good standing. Oversee assigned practice group meeting CLE logistics. Prepare accreditation material to apply for accredited provider status and generate certificates of attendance for Hinshaw attorneys, clients, and alumni attending CLE programs in all relevant jurisdictions. Assist with special projects relating to recruitment and professional development as needed. Qualifications: College degree in a relevant field of study required, JD Degree a plus. 2-4 years' professional attorney recruitment experience for summer associates, entry-level, and lateral associates. 2+ years of attorney professional development and/or CLE experience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of responsibility. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with attorneys and staff. Possess excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills. Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities; ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. Superior interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to provide quality client service on routine and complex matters with internal and external contacts (candidates, attorneys, search firm professionals, law school representatives and all levels of firm professional staff). Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities to meet deadlines and complete daily responsibilities.
