Senior Employment Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of employment litigation experience. Arbitration and trial experience preferred. Should have an active CA bar license. Should have an experience in discovery, law, motion, and depositions. Must have the ability to manage a large caseload and junior attorneys. Should have the ability to handle cases independently. Should have effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel. Must have a strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude. Should have strong academic credentials.
