Employment Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Perform routine litigation tasks such as legal research, writing briefs/motions, interviewing witnesses, conducting investigations, drafting/responding to discovery, depositions, mediating, negotiating, conducting arbitration's and trials as a first or second chair. Shape employment litigation strategy. Collaborate withteam members in connection with litigation. Manage litigation and disputes, negotiate resolutions to conflicts and prepare settlement agreements. Other responsibilities based on business and legal needs. Qualifications: 5+ years of law firm or in-house litigation experience. 2+ years of Employment Law experience. Superb legal writing, and research skills. Knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures. Class Action experience is a significant plus. Must a have completed at least two trails (1st or 2nd chair).
