IP Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be maintaining files and databases, organizing information, performing factual research, assisting with court filings, and assisting attorneys on district court litigation and appellate matters, including case and file management, pleadings, discovery and document production. Should have four-year degree. Should have 5+ years of IP experience, strong initiative, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, facility with computer applications, and familiarity with the New York and Federal court systems. Large law firm and previous trial experience preferred. Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Must have reconcile-checking skills, as well as experience with Relativity or other litigation databases.
