Real Estate Finance Paralegal Duties: The candidate with experience representing parties in connection with commercial real estate finance transactions. Specifically, expertise in the title, survey, zoning, and entity authority due diligence, transaction closing coordination, and closing and post-closing documentation preparation and organization. Our practice is varied, and the ideal candidate is conscientious, organized, and easy to work with. Candidate must have excellent computer skills, be fluent in Word, Acrobat, etc., have experience in document management, databases/data rooms. We prefer candidates with lender-side commercial real estate finance experience. This position will have an annual billable hours requirement. Qualifications: The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree; 3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate environment, regional or large law firm, and/or legal department. A highly motivated self-starter with excellent writing, analytical, technical, organizational, and administrative skills. Able to handle multiple projects and changing priorities and work independently, as well as part of a team. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, determine priorities, plan, organize and follow through with minimal supervision. Should preferably have excellent analytical and organizational abilities, solid communication and management skills, strong computer abilities, creativity, and initiative. ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate. Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft, experience working with a document management system (NetDocs), proficient knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Must have high-level experience with a range of practice group support applications.
