Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate Should have 3-5 years experience. Should preferably have experience supporting attorneys handling sophisticated secured transactions, general corporate and securities experience, particularly in real estate syndication deals, and expertise in managing closing commercial real estate transactions, including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing responsibilities. Experience in preparing title policies, title commitments, analyzing surveys, and closing loans is highly preferred. The firm also handles select real estate, landlord/tenant, and business litigation matters. Must have relevant commercial real estate, title, and survey paralegal experience. Big law experience is preferred.
