Litigation Paralegal - Labor & Employment The candidate will assist a busy employment law team consisting of the shareholder, senior counsel and two associates. Will work with office administrators, accounting, records, and IT to get the job done. The candidate must be proactive and be able manage multiple priorities and deadlines. IManage experience is helpful. Must have 3 + years experience, preferably with a large firm or employment law boutique. Should possess experience drafting discovery, class actions. Must have organized and detailed excellent verbal and written communications.ust be able to use available resources, delegate and manage the desk. Must be able to handle pressure of multiple projects and manage time-sensitive deadlines.
