Log incoming and outgoing document productions. Prepare witness packs for depositions; organize document notebooks for attorney review. Prepare exhibits for examinations under oath, depositions, motions, hearings, and trial. Summarize transcripts of examinations under oath and depositions. Send documents to experts and keep detailed logs regarding same. Prepare and update bordereau of claims, reporting status and recent developments every 30-45 days. Qualifications: Four year degree or equivalent work experience; Paralegal certification preferred. 5+ years of relevant work experience in a professional environment which includes progressive responsibility in managing litigation matters, as well as Federal Court Litigation experience.
