Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist on legal research, reviewing and summarizing medical records for attorneys, expert witness research, organizing electronic and physical files, and various other litigation functions. Will work with Litigation Support Department and clients to ensure discovery is completed in accordance with rules governing E-Discovery. Must have 3-5 years of experience in a law firm litigation practice. Experience managing and reviewing large document collections using E-Discovery platforms such as Relativity or other similar program is required. Familiarity with transcript management and trial presentation software is a plus. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office/Word and Excel.
