Junior Paralegal (Tax) Duties: Under the supervision and direction of attorneys, paralegals, managers, and coordinators, junior paralegals assist with aspects of tax-related filings and communications relating to those filings. Assist paralegals with tax filings, communications and collaborative support including but not limited to the following Section 83(b) election filings with the IRS such as Form 8832 with the IRS; Form 8875 with the IRS; Form 2553 with the IRS; Form 1023 with the IRS; Form 966 with the IRS; and Form SS-4 with the IRS to obtain EINs. Prepares and distributes communications to the IRS. Monitors and handles request from the Firm's Tax Election Filings email distribution. Collaborates with supporting tax election team members.
