Paralegal CCL (Complex Commercial Litigation) Duties: Provide case support in all phases of litigation. Supports a number of attorneys. Drafting and editing correspondence and litigation documents. Organizing and maintaining hard copy and electronic files for multiple cases. Performing factual research and searching databases for specific information. Coordinating and managing large document collections and productions. Preparing materials for hearings, interviews, depositions, and trials. Cite-checking and proofreading. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background required. 5-10 years of law firm experience. Government/internal investigations experience a plus. Technical skills: MS Office, Relativity, CaseMap, PACER, Westlaw and Lexis. Knowledge of rules of civil procedure and familiar with the local rules of various courts. Knowledge of e-discovery rules and document collection procedures and experience e-filing in various courts.
