Corporate Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Entity Formation/ modification/ merger/ conversion/ cancellation - formation of limited liability companies and corporations, including Subchapter's corporations, C corporations and nonprofit corporations. Entity formation includes preparation of single member, limited liability company agreements with SPE provisions. Conduct lien and litigation searches nationwide. Maintain and update corporate records and minute books. Research and analyze legal sources such as statutes, case law, legal articles, and regulatory sources.
