Litigation Paralegal Duties: Perform paralegal duties and responsibilities as directed by group leader and other attorneys in assigned substantive practice group. Attorney Development and Retention Manager - Litigation The candidate designs and implements firm-wide professional development opportunities for attorneys in the Litigation department. Works with the Director of Attorney Development and Retention and Litigation department leadership on issues related to attorney retention, morale, workflow/workload, communication, and all associate processes, such as the attorney evaluation process, attorney compensation/bonus process, and income partner election process Has a major role in providing a supportive, professional environment for all attorneys in the department, and serves as a resource throughout their careers at the firm. Develops curricula for attorneys in accordance with identified needs and in consultation with Practice Group Leaders, Partners and individuals in firm management.
