Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate work includes assisting attorneys in due diligence, closing and post-closing activities for commercial real estate purchases, sales, and leasing. Order and review title commitments, exception documents and surveys. Preparation and administration of contract critical dates and closing checklists. Coordination and assistance with all aspects of closings, including preparation of conveyance documents, closing statements, and other closing documents. Attending to all post-closing requirements and the preparation and organization of closing binders. Preparation of initial draft documents for attorney review. Formation of entities and review of organizational and authority documents. Order UCC lien and other searches. A Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required. Law firm and in-house experience will be considered. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong writing, organizational and communication skills required.
