Assist at all phases of litigation including motion practice, discovery, arbitration, trial, and appellate procedures. Serve as liaison with clients including frequent personal interaction. Research prior testimony and publications of opposing experts. Research rules of procedure for relevant court venues throughout New England and assure adherence thereto. Select, collate, and prepare binders of key documents during key litigation phases including depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Administratively manage all phases of a litigation case including litigation motion practice, discovery, arbitration, trial, and appellate procedures. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Must have 1-3 years of litigation experience (Asbestos litigation experience is a plus). Must have strong organizational and communication skills. Be detail-oriented and highly focused. Be capable of handling multiple responsibilities. Must possess excellent verbal and written skills. Must have the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
