Review of KYC documentation, including entity governing documents, tax documents, and personal identity verification documents. Develop knowledge of entity legal structures. Maintains electronic library of supporting documents for investor subscriptions. Drafts closing documents including, but not limited to, closing certificates, partnership and operating agreements and side letters; coordinates legal closing of private investment funds to meet client deadlines. Delivers final documents and closing sets to relevant guidelines in accordance with firm and client-specified protocols. Ability to navigate electronic databases and document repositories. The candidate will have a Bachelor's degree. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program is strongly preferred.
