Employment Law and Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for researching and drafting motions, drafting and responding to discovery, making court appearances, having client interactions, and taking cases to trial, either as first-chair or second-chair to the firm's principal. The firm handles plaintiff's side business, employment, wage and hour, and personal injury litigation. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience and be admitted to and in good standing with the California State Bar with no current or pending disciplinary record. Should have desire to litigate cases; the ability to write and research well; and ease in working with and learning new technology.
