Litigation Paralegal - Medical Malpractice & Elder Care The candidate will be responsible for review, analysis and organization of trial documents, preparation of filings, deposition summaries, medical record summaries, chronologies and legal research. 3+ years of substantive litigation experience with comprehensive knowledge of all phases of trial (defense side experience preferred), Paralegal certificate or degree required, Excellent organizational ability and demonstrated ability to manage competing demands with great attention to detail, Knowledge of state and federal rules and experience E-filing in these courts, Proficient in MS Office Suite, e-discovery and litigation support tools (such as Relativity), document management systems and ability to learn new systems quickly, Advanced written and verbal communication skills, Advanced critical thinking and decision making skills are required.
