IP Litigation Paralegal The candidate work with all facets of the litigation process. Responsibilities include: maintaining correspondence and pleadings, utilizing litigation software, assisting with document productions, coordinating attorney review for relevant and privilege documents and coordinating efforts with appropriate vendors, maintaining deposition files and deposition databases, assisting in the preparation of witnesses for depositions, and assisting in all aspects of the preparation for trial and attending trial. Must have a Bachelor s degree and 5 years of IP litigation experience. Must have a familiarity with electronic filings and electronic discovery and the flexibility to travel and work overtime. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are required.
