Job Requirements The Labor & Employment Group is looking for two (2) to twelve (12) year attorneys to join our California offices. This practice area has a 1,900 hour requirement. Additionally, we offer a generous bonus structure for those choosing to exceed 1,900 hours. Partnership opportunities will be considered for well qualified candidates. Applicants should have at least two (2) years of experience in some or all of the following substantive areas: * Experience in managing a litigation caseload * PAGA and wage & hour experience * Experience drafting legal documents, such as motions and discovery requests * Experience conducting research on legal issues associated with the case * Drafting legal briefs and motions Applicants should also possess excellent analytical and writing skills, strong communication skills, and must be admitted to practice in California. Salary Salary range for this position is between USD $125,000.00/Yr. and USD $225,000.00/Yr.
