Paralegal - Employment Litigation The candidate will perform the following duties: new client interviews, communicating with clients regarding the status of their cases, drafting demand letters, filing pleadings with state and federal courts, scanning, drafting correspondence, drafting and responding to discovery, state and federal court filings, scheduling court calls and depositions, and drafting pleadings; be comfortable speaking with clients on the telephone. Should have experience filing pleadings in state and federal court. Must have 1+ year of experience in employment litigation. Should have experience using CLIO or similar case management software. Must have experience Microsoft office products.
