Additional responsibilities of this position may also include handling trademark enforcement matters including coordinating market sweeps and takedown letters. This position may also participate in the firm's Coverage process and Quality Control process for USPTO filings and will track and enter time spent on client-related projects, and various other related tasks and duties as requested. Should have 4+ years of law firm or corporate legal experience with an emphasis on trademark prosecution. Must have strong skills in MS Office, as well as proficiency in methods of information acquisition, including the use of online information databases, tools, and resources. Should also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in written/verbal communication. Should have very strong attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks. Familiarity with the iManage document system and/or Foundation IP docketing system is a plus. Familiarity with the registration of copyrights and domain names is also a plus.
