IP Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work with all of the attorneys on the matter from the beginning through trial and appeal, managing the flow of information and ensuring adherence to best practices. Should have 5+ years of IP Litigation Paralegal experience. Experience with electronic filing systems is required, and experience with USPTO systems (such as PAIR and Assignments on the Web) and Docket Navigator are a plus. Must have experience managing and supporting discovery, which primarily involves assisting attorneys with preparing to take and defend depositions, as well as respond to written discovery (interrogatories, requests for admission, document requests), and collecting and producing documents.
