Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will have an undergraduate degree or a paralegal certification from an ABA approved program with at least 3 to 5 years experience. Will be responsible for all aspects of commercial real estate purchase and financing. Will review and interpretation of title documents. Will be drafting opinions on title. Will review of purchase and sale contracts. Will review of corporate documents and drafting of resolutions. Will drafting of closing statements, deeds, UCC financing statements and other documents needed to close a transaction. Will need to work autonomously and be part of a team and must be able to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects. Will involve heavy client interaction, which requires good organizational, written and oral communication skills. Candidates must be proficient in all Microsoft applications. Experience with South Carolina transactions is a plus.
