Requirements: Bachelor degree with ABA paralegal certification or Associates/Bachelor degree in Paralegal studies, preferred. 7+ years' litigation paralegal experience. Trial experience required. Experienced in all areas of paralegal duties from inception of case to trial and appeal, including case management, general research utilizing Westlaw, case retrieval, bluebooking, cite checking and proof reading pleadings.
