Corporate/Corporate Finance Paralegal - Part Time Hourly The candidate must have a four-year degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program. Must have 3+ years of corporate and transactional experience, exemplary communication, research and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Experience working in a law firm or large corporate setting preferred. Must be experienced in technology company formation, financing and maintenance. Must be detail-oriented, shows initiative, and has substantive experience organizing and maintaining companies, managing the full range of corporate records, stock option plan implementation and administration, venture capital financings, securities filings, blue sky research and mergers and acquisitions. Schedule: 20-30 hours a week.
