Personal Injury Litigation Case Manager/Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day casework of the assigned personal injury litigation cases. Assists the Litigation Attorney(s) with researching, interfacing with clients, gathering information and data, drafting legal documents, and preparing for mediation, arbitrations and trials. Excellent written & oral communications, customer service, organization & computer skills required. Must be able to multi task to handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all staff levels and the public. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 1 year prior personal injury litigation experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required knowledge of processes and procedures relating to litigation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Deadline: 27-Jun-2021 (EST).
