Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Commercial Litigation The candidate will take the lead on various legal operational duties for the Firm's largest and fastest-growing international Key Client (Tech sector). Will serve as a key point of contact for the Core Key Client Team and will support its growth, efficiency and success, by coordinating organizational and reporting efforts across the Client's international litigation portfolio. Will work closely with the dedicated fee-earners, legal assistants and business services members supporting the Relationship, to deliver efficiencies both internally and externally, for an ever-growing, increasingly sophisticated, global team and litigation docket. Improving Team Operational Effectiveness. Engaging with global teams and utilizing good management skills to help ensure completion, timely handling, and organization of client requests. Helping streamline communications across the team by monitoring client communications and routing them properly to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. Furthering Strategic Client-Driven Initiatives. Organizing the collection of information and data across multiple global teams to compile various strategic client reports pertaining to the international litigation docket. Tracking key metrics for internal management of the international litigation docket. Building and Maintaining Organizational Infrastructure for the Team, including use of Technology. Complex and high-volume filing responsibilities using custom docket management software. Ensuring key organizational documents (e.g. client contacts lists, etc.) are up to date. Working with other Firm stakeholders to create innovative and efficient methods to capture and store matter data. Extensive experience with high-volume portfolio work; Familiarity with sophisticated client reporting requirements; Experience leading and/or coordinating a team; Strong business acumen and analytical skills; Ability to leverage resources, shepherd multiple incoming data points and deliver a final product with minimal oversight; Outstanding relationship-building skills and personable approach; 5 years experience in Litigation strongly preferred. Global mindset and experience of working in a global organization, across global teams; Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
