Junior Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal or extensive experience working as a Legal Assistant supporting commercial litigation attorneys. Some experience within all the steps of the litigation process. Knowledge of Florida and U.S. District Court laws, court procedures, and electronic discovery. Some knowledge of Summation or similar platforms is a plus. Excellent communication, computer, organizational, research, and technical skills. The ability to assist in collecting, analyzing, organizing, and maintaining factual information and documents in accordance with correct legal practice and procedure is a prerequisite.
