Litigation Attorney - 1st party property damage claims The candidate will manage high-volume case load of property insurance claims pre-litigation and in litigation. Will produce high-quality work product including substantive motions and pleadings and responses thereto, including discovery. Should have experience litigating property damage insurance claims. Should have knowledge and experience in litigation process and procedure all while producing high-quality work product, providing superior service and obtaining excellent results.
