Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have a strong background in Plaintiff's work and be able to handle a case from demand through and including trial. Responsibilities include document preparation, client contact, medical records preparation, mediation and trial preparation and negotiation of medical bills. Must have an understanding of insurance, specifically uninsured/underinsured motorist and bodily injury coverage. Working knowledge of Plaintiff software such as Aderant/Client Profiles preferred. Must have 5+ years of experience.
