IP Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 7 years experience handling all phases of trial preparation from inception to trial. Previous trial experience is required. Qualified candidates should have high degree of e-discovery knowledge and strong experience in Trial Director and Relativity software. Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and manage deadlines. Strong technology interest and skills are also required.
